Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order, if you wish, free of charge, only if the products have NOT been shipped from our store.
General Return Policy
According to the international regulation regarding online or telephone purchases, you can return any product within 14 days from the date of receipt. All returns must be made in their original and complete packaging with the authenticity cards, and the products must be exactly in their original condition, as you received them. All return products are checked upon receipt.
After you return a product, you can choose to exchange with another product or get your money back the same way you paid for it, including the original shipping costs. In case of discounted purchase the products are changed only in size and with products of the same category, while they are not subject to any other change or refund.

Once we receive your return, we will review the status of the products and inform you of their receipt. In case you want a refund, we will refund the money to your account within 30 days from the date of receipt.
For each of your orders, you are only entitled to one change.
Returns of products to our store are made in a way that you choose, and you bear the shipping costs of the return. In case of change with a new product, we undertake the costs of sending the product to your address, if it is located in Greece. For shipments outside Greece you will be charged with the shipping costs, which are listed in the Shipping section. We advise you to send your returns with a secure registered shipping and always keep the snippet of your shipment until we confirm receipt by us. We do not bear any responsibility for any losses or damages during the shipping of your returns. All products are your responsibility from the moment of receipt until the moment we receive the return. Examine the shipping package thoroughly to avoid damage.
Packing
In case of product return, you must include all the contents of the package exactly as you received them.
